Teachers and students of School of Resources and Environmental Engineering participated in the 2021 school enterprise cooperation internship project of JinChengXin company
From July 13 to 28, in order to effectively deepen school enterprise cooperation, 8 teachers and students of School of Resources and Environmental Engineering of our university participated in the 2021 school enterprise cooperation intern project of JinChengXin Mining Management Co., Ltd., and explored a new mode of school enterprise cooperation for professional practice.
The " JinChengXin 2021 school enterprise cooperation intern project" agreed by JinChengXin company and colleges and universities, with the theme of "practice stimulates youth ambition and struggle casts integrity dream", has successively held opening ceremonies in Jinchuan, Wushan, Huibaoling and other project departments since mid July. More than 30 interns from China University of mining and technology, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Jiangxi University of Technology, Shandong University of Technology, Southwest University of science and technology, Chongqing Transportation Vocational College and other universities went to various projects to carry out practical activities as planned.
Under the leadership of Zeng Peng, director of the Department of mining engineering, seven 2018 mining engineering students of our university successively went to Jiangxi Wushan project department, Beijing Miyun project department and Beijing headquarters of j JinChengXin company for internship. The students mainly carried out mine safety education, had an in-depth understanding of the production situation in the mining area, participated in the on-the-job internship in the well technology room, received courses and activities such as the company's employment guidance, enterprise information management, mining software operation learning and competition, visited Miyun major repair base and paste filling laboratory, and held a video discussion with the company's overseas employees.
During the internship in Wushan project department, the teachers and students of our school were warmly welcomed. Hu Shuai, a 2007 excellent alumnus of our university and manager of JinChengXin Wushan project department, introduced his growth experience in the company in detail to his younger brothers and sisters and aspire to become an excellent "miner" in the new era. During this period, Qiu Ting, member of the Standing Committee of the Party committee and vice president of our university, He Guichun, the dean of our college, Yu Xinyang, assistant to the dean, and his party visited and expressed their gratitude to the company for its strong support in supporting school enterprise cooperation and talent training.
During the internship at the headquarters, the internship teachers and students also discussed the training scheme of mining engineering talents with relevant leaders of the company, so as to further promote the certification and construction of mining engineering specialty.
In the intern related competition held by the company, our students also obtained excellent results. In the learning and operation competition of project schedule management software and mine software DIMINE independently developed by the company, our representative team won the first place in the practical operation competition; In the "my internship, I'm proud" speech contest, we won the first place in the group and the second and fourth places in the individual.
On the afternoon of July 28, the company held a grand training ceremony of " JinChengXin 2021 school enterprise cooperation intern project" in Miyun base. Wang Qinghai, chairman of the company, and Zhang Shifeng, deputy general manager of the human resources center, attended the ceremony and issued the completion certificate to the students participating in the training.
The school enterprise cooperation intern project is an important measure for the school to improve the students' ability to integrate professional theory with practice and further strengthen school enterprise cooperation. It aims to enable students to devote themselves to mining enterprises when they graduate, so as to jointly promote the development of China's mining industry.
