On the afternoon of April 17th, Party Chief of Ganzhou Li Bingjun and Vice Mayor of Ganzhou Gao Shiwen investigated the construction of China Rare Earth Metals Valley and had a free discussion meeting, with the entourage Mr. Yang Bin, President of JXUST.

During the meeting, a report on the construction of China Rare Earth Metals Valley and China Research Institute on Rare Metals was made. Mr. Li Bingjun made a remark about both progress and difficulties in the construction. To achieve a breakthrough, Mr. Li Bingjun thought, further efforts should be made. Besides, Mr. Li Bingjun highlighted cooperation. According to Mr. Li Bingjun, relevant government departments should take an active part in the construction, and worked with JXUST which had advantages in professional development, research accumulation to overcome technical obstacles and to recruit more capable hands.
