The ninth day of September, 2019 witnessed the ceremony of celebrating the 35th Teachers’ Day in JXUST’s Hongqi Campus. The ceremony was to recognize outstanding groups and individuals who have made great contributions in teaching, research, academic contests and studies in the past academic year. It was chaired by Mr. Yang Bin, President of JXUST.

The address of Mr. Luo Sihai, Chair of JXUST Council, marked the opening of the ceremony. Then Mr. Li Guojin, Vice President of JXUST, announced the award winners. They were presented with honorary certificates. After that, Mr. Deng Xianchao, the representative of the teachers, was invited to share his teaching experience. And Pei Jiaqi, the students’ representative, extended her heart-felt thanks to JXUST’s staff.

When the ceremony was about to come to its end, all teachers present, led by Mr. Li, took a vow to shoulder the vocational responsibilities. The vow-making brought down the curtain on the ceremony.
