In order to carry out the education and study of the party history and promote the normal development of the party history, our college takes "I do practical work for teachers and students" as the main purpose, and through the action of "seven modernizations", it can solve the problems for teachers and students and do practical things.

Diversity of collection suggestions

In order to collect the opinions of teachers and students, we are committed to solving the problems of teachers and students. Taking advantage of the opportunities of the annual democratic life meeting of the leading group and the investigation of "observing the people's situation and visiting the public opinion" by the leaders of the University, we held a forum for soliciting opinions, listened to the opinions and suggestions of teachers and student representatives on the learning and education form of party history, property management, dormitory maintenance, student internship, financial reimbursement, canteen catering, etc., and actively coordinated with various departments to implement the solutions.

Specialization of hazardous waste management

When the leaders of the hospital visited the laboratory, they found that there would be a small amount of hazardous waste liquid in each specialty. However, the college concentrated disposal points for collecting and handling problems. In order to solve the problems of hazardous waste treatment proposed by the specialized laboratories and improve the safety of the laboratory, the college set up hazardous waste storage room for each specialty. Through the setting of disciplines, incompatible hazardous wastes are stored separately, and isolation rooms are set to reduce safety hazards, prevent the phenomenon that hazardous wastes cannot be treated, and the level of supervision on hazardous waste in the college will be improved continuously, and the development of hazardous waste management will be promoted. At the same time, the college has improved the drug management mode, and the experimental drug collection is more convenient.

Flexible access time

For the sake of safety, the gate of Yifu Building has a fixed opening and closing time. Because of the experimental requirements, some teachers and students sometimes need to experiment continuously in the laboratory for more than ten hours. If the end time of the experiment is not coincidental, they need to contact the property management personnel to open the door manually during non working hours or even late at night, which is very inconvenient. For this reason, the college has installed a new door on the side of Yifu Building after visiting and investigating. The teachers and students who need to report to the college in advance, just need to brush the all-in-one card to get in and out, and the time for teachers and students to get in and out more flexible.

High quality learning environment

Because the scale of graduate students is expanding year by year, and the original graduate study room is insufficient, some graduate students study directly in the laboratory, adding row and plug, pulling wires and other behaviors have brought security risks to the laboratory. In order to improve the learning environment of postgraduates, the college optimizes the allocation of resources, adjusts the layout of laboratories, increases more than 60 learning card seats, improves the learning conditions of postgraduates, eliminates the potential safety hazards of Postgraduates in the laboratory, and creates a quiet and comfortable environment for postgraduates. Xiao Ting, a 2020 graduate student, said: "it's too noisy to study in the laboratory, which affects the senior brothers and sisters to do experiments. The college is really warm-hearted, and I won't worry about losing my place."

Normalization of labor education

In order to promote practical work for teachers and students, promote the construction of civilized campus, strengthen the labor education of students. Zihuan college called volunteers to carry out special service activities and normalized volunteer service activities in Yifu Building and the inner and outer contracting areas of golden campus. Volunteers have a clear division of labor, wipe the door, stair handrails and corridor handrails of each floor of Yifu Building, clean the garbage and clean the ground everywhere in Yifu Building, and the new Yifu Building provides a good learning environment for teachers and students.

At the same time, in order to strengthen the labor education, all students in the college will carry out normalized volunteer service every Tuesday and Saturday in batches, sweep the inside and outside of the school, and create a clean and tidy campus environment.

Refinement of postgraduate entrance examination service

In order to successfully land the postgraduate entrance examination students, Zihuan college has built more than 40 re examination places in Yifu Building and four offices to provide students with a good online re examination environment. At the same time, each teaching and research department organizes the re examination guidance training group to conduct one-to-one guidance and exchange for the re examination students, improve the students' professional knowledge system, help students more efficiently, and create a warm atmosphere for the re examination students.

In order to share the experience of postgraduate entrance examination and answer the confusion of younger students, the college organized the experience sharing meeting. On April 25, Shen Li and Xie Huixin of class 171 of biology were invited to share their experience in the postgraduate entrance examination of "no confusion in the way of research, sisters working with each other". The sharing was carried out in the form of interviews and questions. Through dialogue, they answered questions for junior students. Each major organized a professional sharing meeting in May to provide guidance according to the characteristics of different majors.

Deepening of schoolwork guidance

The College of resources and environmental engineering held the excellent student guidance activity of "younger students listen to me" in classrooms 1203 and 1204, Mingde building, golden campus. The "top ten students" of the University, Shen Li of class 171 in biology, Zhang Pingping and Ke Chaoying of class 181 in geology, the winners of the national scholarship, were invited to provide professional course guidance for students of grade 2019 to solve their problems. After the intensive lecture, Shen Li, Zhang Pingping and Ke Chaoying also provided one-on-one targeted guidance for younger students.

Liu Yu, President of the student union of the Institute of resources and environmental engineering, said that many students will face difficulties in reviewing the final examination. In order to enhance the essence of student union services, official account of WeChat college and other new media platforms will be used every month to collect problems encountered by students.

The students of grade 2019 have benefited a lot from the guidance of excellent students. Through the guidance, they have learned a lot of learning methods and mastered some problem-solving skills.
