On the afternoon of December 1, the review meeting of the first draft of the 14th five-year plan was held in the second conference room of the administration building of Hongqi campus. Li Guojin, Liu Zuwen, Gong Yaoteng, Luo Xianping, leaders of the "14th five-year plan" master plan and six special plans preparation working groups, principal directors of relevant departments and relevant personnel of Discipline Department attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Liu Zuwen, member of the Standing Committee of the Party committee and vice president.
Liu Zuwen pointed out that after active preparation and careful organization, the first draft of the 14th five-year plan has been completed, and the efforts made by relevant departments are worthy of recognition. The purpose of this review meeting is to analyze the problems and deficiencies in the first draft, improve and perfect it continuously, further complete the preparation of the 14th five year plan, and focus on the school running philosophy of "education oriented, moral education first, academic based, quality-based, strong school with characteristics, and school rejuvenation by culture and the JXUST spirit of responsibility, practice, struggle, dedication, excellence and happiness". Liu Zuwen put forward four requirements for the further preparation of the 14th five-year plan: first, planning together and focusing on construction. It is necessary to speed up the organization and writing of the proposal draft of the whole committee of the Party committee of the University on the 14th five-year plan, which will guide the compilation of the 14th five-year plan of the university after it is passed. Second, we should attach great importance to improving the standing position. We should fully implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, profoundly grasp the requirements of four orientations and five first-class, embody the fundamental task of political guidance and moral cultivation, and achieve two maintenance. Third, in-depth study and active planning. The14th five-year plan is the blueprint for the next five years, which requires new thinking and new deployment in order to achieve new goals and new heights. We should focus on the construction of interdisciplinary and the construction of the medical department, focus on the future, and promote the construction and development of the school. Fourth, we should strictly implement the policy and make every effort to promote it. The compilation of the "14th five-year plan" needs to strengthen the sense of responsibility, the discipline department should make overall planning and coordination, and relevant departments should actively cooperate.
At the meeting, Wu Xianzhen, director of the discipline construction and Development Planning Division, conveyed the spirit of the special meeting of the leading group for the construction of high-level universities and first-class disciplines in Jiangxi Province, and introduced the next step plan for the preparation of the14th five-year plan.
