【Studying the Party’s History and Understanding the Theories】
A special report on the clean government building of party history, party conduct was held by our college.
On the afternoon of April 6th, in order to further study the history of the party, improve Party conduct and build a clean government, a special report on the clean government building of party history and party conduct was held by our college in conference room two of Yifu building. Li Wang, deputy secretary of the discipline inspection commission of the university, was invited to make a special report on “Studying Xi Jinping’s Thought on Building a Clean Government in the New Era”. Many leaders attended the meeting, including He Guichun who is the president of our college, Chen Ming who is the secretary of the party committee of our college, deputy party secretary Rao Xianfa, vice president Chen Fei, dean assistant Yu Xinyang and all the faculty members. Chen Ming took charge of the report.
Li Wang, deputy secretary of the discipline inspection commission of the university, indicated that we should improve the abilities of political judgment, understanding and execution by study the history of Party.
Meanwhile, Li also stressed that building a clean government and fighting corruption is not only an important task of Party building, but a major work which the Party has always been highly committed to.
Then, Li pointed out the practical urgency of the fight against corruption by explaining the seriousness of the corruption problems and the political risks hidden in corruption cases with a set of data. What’s more, she elaborated on the significance and influence of Xi Jinping’s thought on building a clean government in the new era by listing the major achievements made in the fight against corruption and the positive response of the people during the 18th CPC National Congress.
Li said that fighting against corruption in the new era reflects the strong responsibility of the ruling party. She stressed that all Party members should study Xi Jinping’s thoughts on building a clean government in the new era and understand the spirits of it.
At last, Chen Ming delivered a conclusion that all faculty members of the college should stay true to the original aspiration with honesty and self-discipline, never forget the party discipline, carry forward the excellent conduct of Party members and cadres, and earnestly strengthen the building on the party conduct and clean government in our college.
