Seeing that the woman was injured in many places, her reaction was slow, her expression was very painful and she couldn't move. Xiao Jingyi immediately squatted down to comfort the woman. She picked up her mobile phone and asked her family for contact information to help her get in touch with her relatives. While waiting for the ambulance, Xiao Jingyi kept talking with her, comforting and encouraging her, helping to ease the woman's fear and calm her down. After the ambulance arrived, the two teachers together with Xiao Jingyi helped the medical staff to carry the woman to the ambulance. After the woman's family arrived, the two teachers and Xiao Jingyi left the scene in silence.
Afterwards, Xiao Jingyi recalled, "actually, I didn't think about it too much at that time. Seeing her lying on the road in pain, she was very pitiful and distressed.
